The Faculty Scholarship Digest highlights works of legal scholarship (e.g., books, book chapters, articles) recently published by Columbia Law School’s full-time faculty members, emeritus faculty, and academic fellows. The Digest is published periodically under the direction of the Intellectual Life Committee and is shared widely by email—to CLS faculty, staff, students, and graduates.
If you would like your work to be included in a future issue of the Faculty Scholarship Digest, please email Madison Winston with the following information:

Please also note the following criteria for inclusion in the Scholarship Digest:
All books, book chapters, academic papers, reports, and other works of legal scholarship are eligible to be included. Articles in the popular press (e.g., op-eds, political commentary) and court documents (e.g., briefs, expert testimony) will not be featured.
At least one author must be a full-time or emeritus faculty member or a current academic fellow at Columbia Law School.
All works of scholarship must have been published within 12 months of submission. Works that have not yet been published, even if they have been accepted for publication or are otherwise forthcoming, will not be included.
All full-time faculty members and current academic fellows are eligible to have up to two of their recently published works featured in each digest. If you have more than two recent publications, please only send the two that you would like to have included. Only publications not included in former digests should be submitted.
